Yusufoğlu Makine Toilet Paper Machine processes paper in roll form through lamination, embossing, perforation, and rewinding stages to produce towel rolls. These rolls are then cut to desired sizes using a band saw or log saw machine.
The machine can be manufactured without lamination, with a single lamination unit, or with a double lamination unit. The non-laminated model is used solely for toilet paper production, while the laminated models can produce both toilet paper and paper towels.
The automation system detects possible malfunctions and notifies the operator. Thanks to the automatic stop feature in case of paper breaks, uninterrupted production is ensured. Cutting to size can be easily performed using a band saw or log saw machine.
